A wealth of talent…

This week we have had many examples of how talented our students are.  Our public speaking competition on Tuesday evening was testament to the many abilities of our students to speak confidently and passionately about current issues which concern us all. Congratulations to Amy and Evie, who will be representing the school in the Solihull Competition in February and very well done to all the participants.  It was a very enjoyable event.

Last night we had the pleasure of watching the Light Hall production of “Hamlet”, which premiered on the stage at the Crescent Theatre in Birmingham.  It was another fantastic performance and congratulations to everyone involved.

I have had the pleasure of congratulating the following students on their excellent work and attitude this week when they have come to see me to sign the Golden Book:  Matthew D for community service, Beth L, Daisy B, Ethan B, Grace M and  Alysha B for their outstanding work in Spanish, Dan P for excellent rowing, Maya S, Max A, Eden B, Elle L and Jess R for some wonderful work in history. Very well done to all these students.

My best wishes for a relaxing weekend.
